A legal firm handling high-volume debt cases needed automated quality control on AI voice agent calls, real-time compliance risk monitoring, and faster lead-to-case conversion. Manual call review was a bottleneck — and in legal, a missed compliance flag is a liability.
The Solution
Wildlife AI built an end-to-end automated pipeline: Retell voice agents handle inbound calls, n8n automation routes data through GHL CRM and the BanCow API for identity verification, and a custom compliance scoring engine analyzes every call post-completion — flagging risk, scoring quality, and creating an audit trail automatically.
The Outcome
Every call is now automatically scored for compliance with no manual review required for standard cases. Human review focuses only on flagged calls, cutting review workload significantly. A complete, searchable audit history exists for every voice interaction, ready for regulatory review. Automated identity verification and lead qualification shortened intake from hours to minutes.
