The Challenge
Running an AI agency requires the same systems we sell to clients — CRM, document generation, meeting intelligence, client management, automated workflows. But nothing on the market connected everything the way we needed. We were building AI solutions for others while running our own operation on disconnected tools.
The Solution
We built AI-BOS: a Neo4j knowledge graph with 1,300+ nodes mapping every client, project, meeting, and document relationship. A 16-type document engine that generates SOWs, proposals, invoices, and NDAs in seconds. Fireflies meeting intelligence that auto-ingests every call. A voice agent framework. Google Drive auto-organization. Automated notifications. One system that runs the entire agency.
The Outcome
AI-BOS now manages the entire Wildlife AI operation — CRM, documents, meetings, file management, and client communications. SOWs, proposals, and invoices are generated from graph data in seconds, eliminating copy-pasting and manual templates. Every client call is automatically transcribed, entity-extracted, and added to the knowledge graph. The internal tool is now being productized for client deployment as a standalone product line.
